(a) a full summary/timeline of events; and
(b) attach all relevant documents (e.g., purchase documents, repair
invoices, finance paperwork, etc.).

(2) You will receive a confirmation once I have received everything and then an invoice for $99.

(3) Once you pay the $99, I will sit down and take a look at everything you provided. Within 24 hours of payment, you will receive either a response outlining the potential claims you may have as well as an opinion on how I think you should best proceed in the event you do have potentially viable claims or a request for some additional information and/or additional questions.
